“L'albergo era molto carino e pulito ed anche la posizione vicina alle fermate del bus molto comoda. In camera è presente un piccolo angolo snack, molto gradito. Devo però segnalare che benchè la nostra prenotazione con Hotels indicasse la colazione compresa, l'hotel in realtà non la offre e questo per noi è stato negativo perchè è uno dei criteri su cui basiamo la scelta della sistemazione (anche in considerazione del prezzo pagato). ”

“Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene tutti gentili e bravi unico inconvenoente il primo giorno si sono dimenticati di farci la stanza e prontamente hanno chiamato per pulirla,al nostro rientro la stanza era fatta ma non è stata aspirata,l'abbiamo tenuta cosi poi dal secondo giorno tutto ok,l'idromassaggio non era funzionante(forse per guasto).”

“Ottima struttura, servizi eccellenti, comodissimo con fermata del tram a circa 150 metri che in 10 minuti vi porta in centro. Presente anche un centro commerciale a 2 minuti a piedi e un’ottima bakery a 10 minuti a piedi dove poter fare una buona colazione.”

“Sono dispiaciuto ma non consiglio questa esperienza a nessuno. Molto sporco con parti rotte e molto vecchio. gestito malissimo. Lenzuola corte letto letto che non coprivano il materasso, ed ho anche abiti reazioni cutanee sulle braccia e spalle probabilmente a causa del contatto con il materasso sporco! La piscina ancora più sporca!”

“Beautiful and cosy place just few steps away from the center. The atmosphere is exactly what you are expecting from a Scottish Hotel. Unfortunately for 2nights we had some problems with the heating and the noise the radiator was making. After the first night, when I showed the reception our concern, they told us that someone would have fixed it. None did. After the second night, at the check out I expressed again our concern and disappointment. The person at the desk checked what was not done....
