“As soon as I walked in to my room, I called the front desk. I requested that Sean someone to place the two very heavy closet doors back in their tracks so we can use the closet. They never sent anyone. We had to hang our clothes around the room. Some areas in the walkways had missing stone work. Place is nice, but not Paradise at all. Shame”

“Overall the Grove was nice, although id say it felt short of my expectations based on reviews and pictures. The property is difficult to get around. It’s like a maze, and I’m an active dad. If you have little ones, elderly, or someone with disabilities it will be a challenge navigating the resort. The food at the bar was poor, the drinks were very expensive ($7+ for my kids Shirley temple). The pools were nice but only a few were heated. The water park is nice, a bit crowded and felt a tad...
