Hotel all inclusive a Iowa centrale

“Room smelled horrible. Like dirty wet laundry or something. There was someone’s shirt in the pullout sofa. We were only here like 8 hours but it was a long 8 hours. Breakfast corner was really nice and rest is the hotel was great. Just the room. It was not a good experience.”

“This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, stains on the bedding. The whole building smells like cat urine. No air conditioning. I spent a total of 30 minutes in my room and then left and found a different hotel. The property did not feel safe or sanitary. Also the front desk lies and says they will refund you online and then when you go online to get said refund they refuse it and claim they never said they would refund the money.”
