“Hotel canceled my prepaid reservation despite me sending a message through Expedia saying my arrival would be delayed until the following morning. Hotel staff said that was not its problem — that I should take it up with Expedia. I had to pay full price on the spot to get the room I had already paid for through Expedia. So, beware.”

The reception guy, whatever his name was, was extremely unpleasant, a kind of rude I’ve never gotten from even cheaper hotels I’ve stayed at.
