“There appears to be a big problem with ventilation-rooms on the 1st & 2nd floor are damp, with LOTS of condensation on the windows-clothing, sheets & towels in the room were damp the whole 4 days of our stay. There are dehumidifiers in the hallway but that didn’t help the rooms. The breakfast really could have used some variety-i.e. different types of donuts & bagels; and the pool was not working-BIG disappointment”

“Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. “The gentleman checking us in was very nice and personable. Room was not very clean, we didn’t sit on the couch. Seem to have crumbs from food on it. My biggest issue, our floor smelled like pot all night, by morning the smell was gone, mostly. While there is no smoking, I guess vape doesn’t count.”
