“Everything was great except the billing part. I have tried calling multiple times nobody answers. It’s been 4 days since we checked out but my charges haven’t been resolved yet. I was charged twice. So hotel is good but pay attention to your statement. I have seen 3 different charges on my account.”

“We stayed on 3rd floor the view was terrible just saw the flat roof and AC units we only stayed because my son had to go for surgery at Allen Hospital and i wanted him to have fun incase he didnt make it which he did so far I would of loved to see Waterloo but the view really was rotten”

“Staff was very nice. They found a room that better served my needs with my mom along. Transferred from upper level to lower without hesitation. Very appreciated. Very nice, clean, comfortable room.”
