“My room had a do not disturb sign outside. They took it off, put it inside and they went into my room without contacting me. I feel like my privacy was invaded, I'm so upset and very upset because I spent 2 days and the first day that's what they did. Went into my room without my knowledge without telling me until I do not disturb sign down”

“We couldn’t stay as it was -8 and the heater wasn’t working. They offered a small space heater but that was not going to be enough for that cold of weather. It forecasted to get to -15 that night. They are also refusing to issue a refund.”

“I locked myself out on accident and waited an hour it was getting late and I just booked a hotel elsewhere. ”

“L'hotel è molto pulito e la camera era letteralmente enorme! La posizione ottima vicino a tantissimi locali e il parcheggio è sempre disponibile. La colazione per me è stata discreta perché almeno i pancake me li sarei aspettati in un hotel americano. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio per tutti quelli che intendano soggiornare a Potsdam.”

“The so location is beautiful. The door every keypads being programmed to the last 4 of your phone number is very convenient. I liked the heated tile floor in my bathroom and the bed was comfy. Breakfast is very basic, the shades and curtains in my room let in a lot of light and bring near the entryway meant I heard everything. Not what I expect for $200+ for a night.”

“Upon arriving at the property the entire area was covered in snow and very unsafe to walk . I started itching while I was sleeping and woke up to my bed filled with bed bugs. Staff was called and I was relocated to another room and told the manager would contact me which never happened.
