Hotel a Iron Post

“Hotel needs a deep clean. The carpets are dirty, walls are pretty gross with spills, splatters, and unknown substances. It also has a very musty smell through hallways. The rooms are large, bathrooms are small, and beds are pretty comfortable.”

“The website shows roll-aways available. They are not. The shower had mold. The toilet seat was loose, no hot water in the shower. There was some damage in the hall (open wires hanging from the celling and drywall damage) and there was a fan that ran outside our door all day and night. We asked that it be turned off at night and were told no. The lobby and breakfast area were neat and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly for the most part.”

“Bugs everywhere. Looks nothing like the photos. The webpage mentioned a pool and jacuzzi, but neither were available. They didn’t appear to have been used in months, empty and full of crap (according to the kids). On arrival, I waited for 10 minutes for assistance. The janitorial staff stopped and got us help. We got as far as the room, then immediately turned around and left. The manager was quick to help us check out and refund our money at that point. They seemed to not be surprised by our...

“Dryer in laundry was not working and has not been working for awhile. Took 4 hours to get 1 load of laundry done. House keeping walked in without knocking. It was very scary!”

“The room was super clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. I slept so good! The amenities inside were wonderful as well. The complementary breakfast was super delicious different varieties.”

“The room was gross. There were cigarette burns and stains on every piece of bedding. Large spills on the wall that were never cleaned. The bathroom was not clean. We didn’t even end up staying because it was so bad. The lady at check in was very friendly but the gentleman the we asked about the bedding stated “I don’t know it happens.” By far the worst place I have ever stayed.”
