“I used to stay at this hotel years ago and it was decent, but now after this stay I would never book there again. The beds are uncomfortable, but the pull out sofa mattress is absolutely horrible. You can feel the springs. The worst part was there were cockroaches in the room. I killed two of them that I saw. The room was spacious which is why I booked there, but I will never book there again. That place has gone way down hill. The staff is great. If they kept up on maintenance of the property...

“After checking in, I found out that the hotel description was inaccurate. For example, the hotel does not have a pool or a gym as advertised. Then, when it was time to check out, the staff falsely accused me of taking alcohol from the minibar.”

“The staff was really patient. There was a guest she was helping who was irate and the staff was patient and calm. When it was my turn to check in, the staff apologized and quickly helped me check in. The breakfast was clean and neat. The staff operating the breakfast was kind and helpful. I enjoyed our one night stay.”

“Massive groups of traveling sports teams for kids 10 and up - was massively loud throughout the common areas, pool area, hallways etc. Couldn’t use one elevator as it was not working the other elevator had people stuck in it. Stairs could only be accessed from Outside the buildings. Couldn’t use pool as it was overflowing with people and kids. Kids running up and down hallways all night. Staff did nothing about anything. Was extremely disappointed and upset and staff did not care. ”
