“Everything is clean, beautifully decorated and homey feeling. The food was great with a few excptions like room service, we found most room service food tasted old and inedible. Beach was pristine, service everywhere was fantastic. Book a massage with Fernanda at the spa and grab chocolate from Itzel at Kakao! Stand outs for sure!”

“1. The bathroom floor looked watet stained and wasn't mopped. 2. The drinking glasses were left dirty and never washed..lipstick stained. Otherwise we were very pleased with the room.”

“The staff was so courteous and helpful. Wilburt, Alphonso, Manual, everyone we encountered. We were a group of 22 with 6 children. They loved it. It never felt crowded, it was very relaxing. Food was good too. Would like to see a few more options on room service menu. Rooms were clean. Would stay here again. ”

“At first I had miscommunication, but it all worked out! The place is beautiful, the staff is great, quite a bit of things for kids which was great! Food some places were delicious others were typical not bad. The only thing I would say is the Hibachi was preferred guest and then opened to everyone else but not for parties of 12.MTS shuttle services were excellent as well!”
