“This place is perfect and pristine and the food is incredible! Our experience was made even more wonderful due to the amazing friendliness and kindness of the staff. They all truly seem happy to work there! It’s only about 35-40mins from the airport so finding cheap transportation is easy! There’s always something to do and we loved that it is 24/7 food and drinks. This place truly was perfect. And I’ve stayed at multiple all-inclusives. This was my fave. No complaints. “Hotel Belo is an absolute gem, we stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every second. The staff are all amazing, very helpful and friendly. Special shout outs to Hugo, Gerardo (Gerry), and Toni. They made us feel like we were at home with our friends. The rooms and overall property were very clean with a nice modern but rustic style. We enjoyed the location as it was away from the hectic touristy area around Playa Norte. The island is very small and with the rented golf cart we can be anywhere we need...

“The location is lovely and unique. If you have accommodation in the charran sanctuary area you will come across colonies of charran nesting there: it may be interesting but we had to ask for a change of room because at the entrance to the house and on the terrace there were excrements and it was not pleasant to see or smell. I have noticed little efficiency in removing it along the road leading to the accommodation and only after pointing it out. You will happen to find cherrans at the bar...

“Everyone was wonderful! My husband lost his nice sunglasses at the airport and concierge helped him find a new pair that wasn’t 300. The kids area was perfect for my kids. We have a 3, 4, and 6 year old. Honestly, plan to book again which I never like to do to experience something new, but it actual gave me a break as a mom. ”

“This was a very secluded, beach property. Edith at the front desk was very helpful, assisting with transportation and any of our other requests with a smile. The staff on the beach, housekeeping, and anyone else we came in contact with were helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway to enjoy the sea and disconnecting from everyday life, this is the place for you. If you want constant entertainment and crowds, you may need to look elsewhere.”

“We had a lovely time at this resort! Before arrival, I had sent an email the FS butler team regarding wishlist and had done research on FB groups on this. Upon arrival, they did not disappoint. We were welcome into our room with lovely gifts for our kids, fruits and desserts on the table. Also, the provided many amenities for our kids that's tailored for kids. Both the Kids Club were great!
