“La comida es muy rica, las instalaciones están bien porque son muy grandes y siempre hay muchas actividades y nunca te quedas aburrido o sin nada que hacer, ni es necesario salir del hotel porque de verdad tiene DE TODO, lo único malo es la atención, en todos los restaurantes siempre tardaban como 40 minutos en tomarnos la orden y atendernos cuando a los extranjeros los atendían de inmediato, se nota DEMASIADO la diferente atención que les dan a los extranjeros que a los propios mexicanos. “Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over.”

“The location is lovely and unique. If you have accommodation in the charran sanctuary area you will come across colonies of charran nesting there: it may be interesting but we had to ask for a change of room because at the entrance to the house and on the terrace there were excrements and it was not pleasant to see or smell. I have noticed little efficiency in removing it along the road leading to the accommodation and only after pointing it out. You will happen to find cherrans at the bar...
