Location spectacular ! The Jr Deluxe Ocean View Room beautiful, the only disappointment was luke warm shower water for 5 of my 7 day stay . I brought this to the attention of the butler and maintenance who failed to fix the issue until my sixth day when the hotel finally fixed the issue. Very Disappointed.
Food overall was bland and uninspiring. My steak at Wildfire was fatty and the local diner could provide better quality. Breakfast was good but went to a neighboring location 2 X and had superb cuisine. Went to all restaurants except the Asian
Staff was great they cannot do enough for you!! Butler not so great. Management lacks communication with guests i.e the water issue. They did seek out my input when I was very frustrated with the overall experience.
I paid 13k for 7 days and finally on day 6 the Hotel fixed the hot water issue. A word of Caution, watch out for the lobby clowns trying to convince you to buy World of Hyatt program through their Travel Club, Very Invasive and Very Hard Sell when I asked to review the documents in advance on my own I was given the brush off. It is a
waste of your morning time for a 200.00 Sap credit. The Spa was outstanding though.
Overall the Vibe is very Low key the location is spectacular the beach is okay a bit shallow, the poos incredible the water slide was not working and would dump you in the san if it did.
