“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns :
1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens)
2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective
3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am
4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”

“Our family was going through a difficult time, and a relative stayed at Le Mile End - M11 while visiting a loved one. Since I was helping coordinate everything from a distance, I communicated frequently with the hotel team, and I cannot say enough good things about their hospitality.

“Spacious room and bathroom, right in the heart of Old Montreal. There is no front desk, so communication is all through Expedia/texting, which can be hard if you don’t have cell service or if you’re traveling with elderly travelers. Overall, any issues we had were worked out pretty quickly and housekeeping staff was lovely. “Liked: a) the amenities, although couldn’t find the silverware. b) location
Didn’t like: a) the check-in, impersonal and almost creepy with the darkened entry and hallways. b) the parking information. Not clear in the registration and hard to dig out in the passport. c) the luggage drop-off and pick-up, not clear in the registration or passport.”
