“Hotel molto comodo e carino con vista sul mare...bagno grande e ampio ... letti comodissimi... piscina al chiuso che essendo stati solo una notte non siamo riusciti a utilizzare ”

“My room did not have a view. What was subpar was the bed to begin. Next, the tv was not across from the bed but to the left wall which made it very awkward to watch tv at all. Last but not least, the floors were so uneven, I could not wait to leave the room.”

“We checked into our room. I noticed at the sink there was only one hand towel and no wash cloths. I proceeded to wash my face and the sink filled with water and did not drain. I went to call the front desk, the were no buttons on the phone and the phone was not even plugged into the wall. I went to the front desk they put us in a different room. The television didn't work. I went to the front desk to inform them. The lady said it wasn't working because of the bad weather. However, I informed her...
