“Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

“Ottimo hotel con camere spaziose e pulite. Buona posizione per visitare la città. Comodo il parcheggio, a pagamento, ma con la possibilità di entrare e uscire con la macchina. Da rivedere la colazione, un po' troppo caotica dato lo spazio a lei dedicata rispetto al numero di ospiti dell'hotel, nel complesso buona con tanta opportunità di scelta.”

“Great location in the middle of the Latin Quarter, with restaurants aplenty and lots of liveliness, but a peaceful night's sleep at the back of the building. Easy walk into the Old Town too.”

“Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. On arrival, the beds were not arranged as chosen, the bed linen had not been changed from the previous guests, and the apartment had clearly not been cleaned. The toilet was filthy, with dirt and splashes on and around the seat. The apartment was not in a habitable condition, and we were unable to sleep there on the first night. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we had to spend part of the next day waiting at the apartment to allow cleaners...

“Great stay! Clean, spacious and convenient hotel in Griffintown. Old Port and downtown are a 20 to 30 minute walk, or one can take the bus - stops are close by. Highly recommended!”

“Molto comodo per visitare la città, piacevole la piscina all’ultimo piano, ma colazione male organizzata, e quando siamo arrivati - con un passeggino - “hanno scordato” di dirci che l’entrata sul retro era senza gradini..”
