“A beautiful, well appointed spot. However, there are some issues with the service. The on site gentleman was wonderful. They were in my room fixing the fireplace when I arrived, had to come fix it again, left me just with a sheet when I said I had allergies to down-requiring me to call for a blanket, and did not have the plunges or sauna operational the duration of my stay.
