“Very clean awesome staff.”

“Looks can be deceiving! In room- AC made a horrible racket the whole time in use. Half the lights didn't work. Our belongings got locked in the safe. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. View was nice. Pool was not clean very cloudy. Staffing was short the tiki bar closed quite early most days. Bought a souvenir cup $(20) unlimited non alcoholic drinks, from the tiki bar to find out the drink my child wanted was out of stock half way through our 5 day vacation. (Lemonade)...

“The room seemed outdated, kind of a moldy smell. The refrigerator was not working in the room as as well as the phone and there was people outside at 5 AM slamming doors. The staff is very friendly and the beach access is wonderful.”

“Parking was terrible. Parking garage was closed for maintenance, but never saw them working on anything for the 4 nights we were there. Pool side bar was ok. You paid a $25 resort fee for pools and beach access but did not include chairs and people wore clothes in pool and babies not in swim diapers. Upside you did get 2 free drinks a day. So evened out if you used the bar. Aggressive breed dogs on property. People smoking cigarettes and marijuana on balconies.”

“SMALL pool on the side of the building, NOT in front of the beach how its usually at in most hotels. That was our biggest mehh moment. But nothing major. The best thing about this hotel is its front of the beach(easy access) and the BREAKFAST. The breakfast its definitely 5 stars. Everyday it was a variety.”
