“Ok rental good location.”

“The view from the balcony was incredible! The pool by the bay was resort level quality and had a stocked bar in addition to, two dining options. Direct easy access to the gulf side where the resort had chairs and umbrellas, pending you upgraded your package. My only criticism would be the adventure package pricing is a bit high considering how frequently you may actually utilize it. I think a single use option should be provided such as water park for two hours, Kayaks for one hour etc. just...

“walls needed to be painted. Dirt spots on ceiling, etc. toilet bowl wasn't clean. shower o-ring came out of nozzle and thus falling apart. TV in living room had a terrible picture. Contrast and color. Pillows were hard as brick.”

“Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. ”

“The property was clean, the condo was nice. The elevators were concerning, one had a plywood floor. The quiet beach area was nice, but conveniently located to lots of eateries and activities. ”

“Nice place, close walk to beach, distant beach view. The Bayside beach was also pretty. However for families with small children and non- morning people.. they have a 9AM checkout time, which can make your last day a struggle. Over all we loved it.”

“Clean, great view, all was great but was listed as 2 bedroom 2 bath but was only 1 bedroom 2 bath, had a very uncomfortable sleeper sofa that we couldn’t sleep on, so bought an air mattress. Not sure who was a fault but we paid the price. Other than that all was ok.”

“Great view of the beach and gulf. Steps from the beach and nice pool. Unit had everything we needed. Only problem was the door to the unit very hard to open. Hope someone fixes that. Place is quiet and peaceful. I would come back again.”

“Couple minute walk to the nearest beach access. Access had a few parking spots, which leads to less people on that section of the beach. Very nice property, especially when you factor in the cost compared to other units in the area. Pictures online don’t necessarily do the property justice. ”

“The property was ok, we were notified of the painting and cable updates ahead of our visit. What was horrible about the stay was the beach front access that was advertised in the rental was closed and being worked on 24 hours a day. They had heavy equipment and a huge pipeline pumping sand up on the beach. During the night we were awakened because of the noise from the heavy equipment and banging of the pipeline. When we told the property manager, Southern Hospitality they said they had no idea...
