Hotel a Isola di Santa Rosa

“The Beal House, Hilton Hotel was amazing property, great fun staff, gorgeous ocean beach view, clean rooms, and the chef there made delicious meals. Highly recommend it and will go back Closing again”

“We checked out after the first night due to cockroaches. Two were on the bed as well as in the bathroom.”

“The staff were rude and unhelpful in resolving the issue with the room, which was not what I had booked. I reserved a room with a partial sea view and they gave me a room overlooking another room. Horrible. Very disappointed 😏”

“We seem to always need extra wash clothes. We were in room when housekeeping came thru, so they didn't clean our room, so we were out of wash clothes, went to desk to ask for more, and housekeeping was at our door in minutes with wash clothes!”

“Everything was amazing. They let us get early checked in”

“Beach accessibility was awesome”

“I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean.”

“C’ERO GIÀ STATO ANNI FA , COME SEMPRE OTTIMO”

“Not clean, forniture broken, the only good thing is the breakfast. Good location”

“Tutto buono.

“We were charged an extra $386 because the deposit Expedia had me pay at the time of reservation was not paid to the resort. The manager was rude and low class.”

Parcheggil e buona colazione compresi, personale molto gentile”
