“Lovely condo! Very clean and comfy, looks like the owners put a lot of pride and TLC into their property. Loved watching the dolphins and drinking my coffee on balcony. We enjoyed spending the week after Christmas and celebrating New Year’s Eve at HarborWalk village in Destin. Never can get over the beautiful color, calm water and white sand on the gulf coast. Just keep in mind that the 3rd floor may be difficult for an older person and getting luggage up steps. Other than that little detail...

“Pictures of the property inside and out would have been great- my 90 year old spouse had difficulty with the stairs. Also ad was misleading about being able to see the beach from the room. Very disappointing ”

“Beautiful condo, great layout with plenty of room, and clean. Balcony was lovely with amazing view, we even saw dolphins a few mornings! We also loved having the tennis court/pickleball court across the hall. It was fun being able to walk to the Flora Bama, and a close/easy drive to lots of restaurants. We had warm weather and mostly used the beach, but the pools looked very nice. Great host/service. We had an issue with the refrigerator not staying cold, but maintenance brought a replacement...

“The property is beautiful and well maintained; however, the halls echo loudly and noise travels easily between units. Other than check-in, our stay was problem free. Unfortunately, our door code didn’t work and the customer service representative wasn’t able to help. Fortunately, maintenance was able to unlock the door but the door code provided in the arrival text was incorrect. The beach was beautiful and the indoor pool was nice- no idea about the outdoor pool, it was closed for cleaning...

“Host was great at communicating and answering a few questions I had. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Great view and is exactly like it’s pictured. Pool was a tad chilly outside but plenty of chairs around pool and short walk directly to the beach was nice for our girls to walk while we enjoyed the balcony views. Room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Had a great week and would return again in the future. ”
