“The room service was poor. Gym smelled like it had not been cleaned for a long while. Customer service was really bad. Reception desk was dirty, I complained about it but they never bothered cleaning it till we left after a stay of 5 days. Imagine housekeeping not taking a it trash after dropping new towels. “We had a great time at the Hilton Pensacola beach! The hotel was a little dated but we loved the balcony and the room was spacious(floors were a bit dirty) ice maker didn't work on our floor but no big deal, staff was nice and had ample parking! Close to all the good restaurants and shopping! Over all it was a nice stay”
