“Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean.”

“No toilet paper in the room, had to go get some after using the toilet. Not allowed to flush toilet paper so had to pile it in the garbage can. ”

“There were no other hotel options within the area available due to a tournament of some kind. Upon arrival staff attempted to increase the rate to double+ the cost because of lack of availability. As I had booked via expedia with the rate already outlined they were required to maintain it much to their disgruntlement. ”

“The suite was clean, the sheets/bedding very comfortable, some croissants and coffee left for me to have. Very eco-friendly environment with a lovely view of the gardens. This was an incredible stay. I travel a lot for work and this was easily one of the best, if not the best, stay I've ever had. ”
