“I love it here. I bring my dog and it’s just so easy every time. No stress and the room is always clean and comfortable. I also greatly appreciate the late check-out and early check-in when I have my dog since I am able to get him situated as soon as I arrive. Staff is always so kind and helpful.”

“The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach.
