“The Grand is a wonderful option when visiting OCMD. I booked an oceanfront room with 2 queen beds and the room was huge, the beds fairly comfortable, the bathroom clean and roomy. The only thing that would have made it better was if the deck furniture was not the cheap white plastic, but I made the best of it. The Grand has a nice pool that I took advantage of on my last day, but the since the Grand is direct oceanfront I spent more time at the beach.”

“First, every staff member was professional and wonderful to work with from the front desk to maintenance to the restaurant. Our room was very clean, however we didn't know you have to notify the front desk if you want your room cleaned and maintained every day. The towels in the bathroom are the worst I have ever used. They are so rough they are great to use to exfoliate - seriously. The elevators were excellent. The gym was not great at all. Two treadmills only one worked the first day and...

“We were only there for one night but we liked the property. We requested ocean front and paid more but the view on the 7th floor/corner was amazing! We ate a light dinner downstairs and that was good. Will definitely consider staying here again when we can stay longer and enjoy the pools and ocean.”

“It's all about the details. We had a refrigerator and the laminate was coming off the front of it. When we got there there was no hot water as well so they had to change out the cartridge. Unfortunately we were at the elevator and we heard the moving of the elevator all the time. Overall it was a nice stay.”
