“Had a great stay at Omni San Diego! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay. The only downside was the service from some of the staff, particularly at the front desk. It seemed that whenever we asked a question, the answer was immediately “no,” and there was little effort made to be helpful or provide additional information. “The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities. Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. “Like the room we get on the 4th floor. Staff is always friendly and helpful. As well as the maid service.. very nice and accommodating. Everything was excellent and on time.. one thing..the lighting in the bathroom is not that great..wish that could be better..but not a deal breaker..or the full length mirror should have a light on it.. as well.. otherwise fantastic stay..we stay here twice a year!!!”
