“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“The staff were very helpful and the place was clean. They did say that they were newly remodeled and some of the rooms are still under renovation. Our room was on the 3rd floor. You can still hear the noise from the outside from people walking by your room and the street across. The beds were very uncomfortable. My wife and I usually prefer a firmer bed but we can tolerate a soft bed. But our bed in our room was just bouncy. It felt like sleeping on springs alone with little padding. Not...

“Casi todo bien, solo que jamás nos pudimos conectar a la TV y el personal no pudo ayudarnos que porque “cada TV es diferente” que tenía que funcionar siguiendo los pasos y si no, no sabían qué hacer. Y el “desayuno incluido” No era más que pan tostado, avena, 2 tipos de cereal, naranjas, café y jugo. Hemos reservado en hoteles más baratos y con mejores desayunos que esto.”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”
