“My experience at this motel was horrifying after waking up to a bunch of bed bug bites all over my body. That morning I found two bed bugs in the bed I slept in. All I was offered was a new room. I wasn’t even offered the opportunity to wash or dry any of my clothing which left me at risk of possibly bed bugs back home with me after my stay.
