“The price that we booked was not the price that we had to pay at the motel. The front desk lady was insistent that since we booked (a month ago) prices had gone up. They also said that they were dog friendly - I would have booked a dog friendly room if the option was available. Because we had our dog, a standard room was now not an option and we had to pay for a much more expensive room on top of an extra $25.00 dog fee. The upgraded room, was not an upgrade whatsoever.
