“The staff and reception are friendly. Check in is fast. We have 3 adults and 1 kid in my family. They offer us a free upgrade to a much larger and luxury room because they said the room we booked may be too small for 4 people. They are so kind and considerate.”

“Got the 1 bedroom apartment (in a different wing of the hotel). Big enough for 2 adults and 1 child, good terrace with partial view to the Harbour. Carpeted floor all around (not best option for us), room a bit dated, but overall a good stay and well cleaned. Great staff overall the hotel. Average bar at the lobby. Good breakfast with enough options. Not easy walk back from the city centre as uphill. ”

“The hotel provided a nice place to rest before leaving Auckland. With a selection of in-house restaurants, with a nice selection although a bit more pricey, in addition to many restaurants in a walkable distance there’s no shortage of options. The staff were amazing and so friendly and made my stay so enjoyable. I didn’t make it to the gym or indoor pool but those were definitely nice features for those starting with more time!
