“We stayed July 26-Aug 1. Without going in to to many details, Daniel at the front desk came through big for me and my family. 1st room we were sent to had no working AC. Over 100 in room! Needless to say, Daniel went above and beyond. We ended up absolutely loving our other room! That made our vacation so much better. We loved all the pools and things to do. “Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“lovely hotel, have been here various times in past 20 years. This time was dismayed by the exaggerated prices. Not only was the room expensive compared to rates in the area, which is fine I knew that, what upset us were the hidden costs..parking 15 dollars!!!! for the car in a sunny normal parking lot...taxes, fees, at the end the room which is motel level with door on outside hallway was over 300 dollars.
