“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“Amazing location with the most friendly staff: everyone from the front desk to the servers to the pool attendants to the cleaning staff were all helpful with genuine smiles. The option of an adult only pool & hot tub area was a nice touch. Great restaurants on site and a convenient (and free!) shuttle to downtown area were especially appreciated in the chilly weather. Chairs on the private beach with free towels are also convenient with bar service provided to the area as well. Room was spotless...

“The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and the facilities were very nice. Unfortunately it was probably the coldest it’s been in Florida for quite some time so we didn’t get to use the pool, although it was open and maintained every day. ”
