“This was an amazing villa/hotel experience. From start to finish staff had excellent communication. They all went above and beyond to support us and make sure we had a memorable stay. The hotel room was gorgeous and very well cleaned. They even bike rental on the property so we do not have to spend time looking around for bike rentals. Their dinner on the beach and their breakfast is amazing. If you stay for two nights they give you a complementary floating breakfast, which I highly recommend....

“It's an amazing resort, located in the perfect spot of island, sunset beach gorgeous, surrended by greenery, our 1 bedroom villa with private pool was spectacular in terms of interior design, comfort, service, cleaning. It was like living in a dream. The quality of all amenities , among restaurants and spa was beyond our expectations. This is a real destination spot if you plan to spend 2-3 days in Gili. “The best in gili air! Spettacolare sotto tutto gli aspetti ”

“1. No face towels in the room. Had to ask for. 2. Dirty pillow case (blood mark) 3. After room change, new room was dusty, no shower gel and shampoo in the room (and we found a dead mosquito below the luggage rack). 4. Missing shampoo from the hotel for 4 days out of 6 (they said the hotel ran out). And the shower gel was always just 1 tiny bottle (and we were 2 pax). 5. No laundry price list (it took the reception team 2 days to get me the price for some underwear). 7. No info about snorkeling...

“Very confortable and very close to everything. Just right out the dock and many infopoints for booking your excursions for the islands. The boats are right there. Anyways there are many carriages you can take to go anywhere. Not a big deal. One weird thing: we rent a bike for 1 day, we needed 2 more hours, maybe less (the day after we had leave). For those two hours they charged another full day. Not much flexibility.”
