“I really enjoyed the property, the location is fantastic, with lots of shops and restaurants close by. My only concern was that the thermostat didn’t seem to work correctly.”

“The property has not been well maintained. My room had water damage on the ceiling and a wall and the blinds didn’t work. The second room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Hated it. Not at all like 21st street property.”

“Hotel is in Greenbriar Mall area in Chesapeake close to everything. The room was great, 2 queens and separate living room. Beds and pillows were premium comfortable. Hotel is 3+ stars for sure. Price was decent. Breakfast was standard. Traffic in whole Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk area is "rough."”

“The room smelled awful and the bedsheets were old. I had some people stayed in front of my rooms chatting away when I was trying to get some sleep. In short, not worth the fee.”

“Staff was excellent. There is a mix of with the reservation and they took care of it no problem. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything you would need is right outside your door. Great location!”

“When I arrived for check in, nobody was at the desk. We had to wait alittle over 10 minutes for someone to come and check us in. The whole place smelled like mild and our roomed smelled like cigarettes”

“The kitchen is not equipped with cooking supplies there is no hot water was told i had to get up at 6am tht was the only time it had hit water the staff was friendly and hopeful the room its self was ok but the stairwells had poo the went all the way to the first floor and it was like tht for over 24 hours its very convenient to every thing”

“Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed..not being mean..bed was hard as a rock. I'm serious. It was like laying on plywood. Whoever manages this place just cut corners everywhere..I do not recommend it..just being honest..it should be renamed Low Quality inn”
