To get a refund, I had to get the agent on the phone to call the hotel and confirm I didn’t have a room. Well, the hotel literally doesn’t even have a phone. “We checked in, but decided against staying the night at this hotel. When we got to the hotel, sketchy people were ourside smoking weed. When we walked to look for our room, the hallway had a lingering weed smell and the carpet was very dirty. Key card shuts off at anytime, that’s a bigger problem when no one is at the desk to help you and not answering the phone. Rooms not ready.
