“It's an older property showing a little age but the room was clean and the buffet was good.”

“We were there for a quick overnight stay and I would say it was a good experience for a very good price. We needed a pet friendly place and the room rate + the pet fee was still very reasonable. The property is older, but VERY clean and the bed was comfortable. The lady who checked us in and the gentleman who checked us out the next morning were both very nice. “First of all they wanted to copy my Drivers license which I polity said NO and because it was a third party booking they didn't copy my licence. When I asked for more towels they must of thought I was going to steal them, because I had to turn in you dirty ones before they would give me clean ones. I normally do stay in a Patels hotels but I had no choice this time, My lawyer said not to ever give them my licence to copy,,, EVER”

“I have a service animal yet I was charged for my service animal. I went back inside when the charge hit.my account and the man at the front desk refunded me but now the refund has been taken away and I am still being charged for.my service animal. She is a diabetic alert dog. Which is against the law for me to be charged. I don't understand how you refund someone and then take it back without any notification or explanation. This is very frustrating.”

“I arrived with my family around 10pm, so you need go thru special night window. A gentleman with beautiful pink nails gave me a key to a room next to a big smoking dark party outside. There was not a chance I could even walk or pass by the party. It seems they live in this hotel. I requested a refund because I was scared. The nice gentleman gave me a room on a different side of the building telling me that I should be safe there. We couldn't sleep. ”
