“We stayed at this location last December and liked it enough to book a recent stay there. We were amazed to see how much the overall appearance of the property had depreciated in 5 months. The breakfast selection was so poor we went out to get food. The topper - the 2” roach which was on the wall of our room. We left. I will say that the manager was nice enough to refund our money.”

“My daughter left her watch at the pool and someone turned in the watch. The front desk had it and returned it to her. Great service. Furniture needs some talc but overall it was a great place to stay.”

“Check in/out was quick and easy. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet options were good. Pool looked nice although we did not use it. Definitely had some road noise but that’s expected with a hotel next to a major interstate. Would choose to stay here again.”

“The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). Thank you, sir, for the late night efforts.”

“I like customer service at the Front everyone was nice and professional! The rooms were cleaned everyday as if you were a new guest and at time they came to clean and had not left out for the day they would comeback if you requested 👍I would differently advise family and Friends to stay at this hotel”

“Staff upon check in was great. Room was clean and smelled great. The shower was nice and spacious but was built bad because a lot of the water drained out into the main bathroom, there was not lip to keep the water in the shower. We had to use all of our towels to soak up the run off in order to not have a slipping issue in the middle of the night. Luckily the towel cart was out that morning so we grabbed a few on the way by. “Bed smell bad, sheets where not clean had to get new sheets and had to change them myself, the front desk was not welcoming at all, property was very dirty, the bathroom was even dirty, the too. Smell humid.”

“I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and refreshed throughout my stay, which was definitely appreciated. “This is definitely not the best hotel to stay at. First there were no face towels in the bathroom, I had to go to the front desk and ask for them, second the chair in the room was stained with red stuff it was just filthy, the entire hotel had a mildew smell to it, and the breakfast was horrible. There was no meat and the waffle maker was broken, so that was a bummer. I guess for the price I got what I paid for.”
