We stayed on the First Floor and were woken up quite a bit by the neighbors door being knocked on very early and then something going on, on the second floor above so, lots of Moviing around and banging sounds. “This was a lovely SUMMER trip to KC to see our son who’s doing an engineering internship. It was 5 days of great food, pool time and friendly staff. Great location for entertainment and walking to any event you’d like. Had an issue with HOT water and they were so KIND to move us to a new room and it felt like an upgrade for sure. Daily cleaning and touch up of our room was so so nice! We will return! Lots of people celebrating engagement parties, bridal showers and birthdays! Special memories...

“The staff were so friendly! The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it was adequate for our needs. I didn’t realize the bathroom was open, and I was traveling with my nephew, so when we wanted to take a shower, each of us had to make sure that nobody came to that side of the room while we undressed. This isn’t the best hotel if you need more privacy, but we made it work. We loved how close the hotel was to shops and restaurants. We want to come back and spend more time in the area. ”

“The staff is awesome from front desk to the bartender to maintenance and finally houskeeping . They could chat with any guest and you felt like they knew you even the night crew. The cleanliness i would just see guest piling plates outside of rooms that would sit for a bit. Seems run down 1 elevator was broke whole stay , no hot water one day, duck tape on carpet , and some of the windows on roof by pool were boarded up with wood . Word around the hotel from other guest were they were turning...

“Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, shower and hair dryer worked just fine. Hallways appeared to need a little repairing around baseboards in a few places, and there is no elevator on the side of the hotel we were on.”
