“Room was not small, not big, just right. I am a solo traveller, but the room is big enough for 2 people. Clean and comfortable. Blockout curtains and no noise from the street or from inside the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free drinking water station provided so you can refill your bottle, or you can purchase bottled water from reception (as well as other drinks, snacks, travel adaptors etc.) Free iron provided in common area. Hotel has a lift as well as stairs. Thai restaurant...

“Breakfast was very busy, floor Staff a bit chaotic and the place was dirty. The young staff at Sigi’s were just wonderful, friendly, so pleasant and accomodating but the older staff a bit rude-disappointing to see. Security on grounds were lovely as were the guys in Lobby.”

“Got a room that was supposed to have sea view but we only got the horizon part as the lower view was obscured by another block (but only 2 storey). Apart from the above, Lone Pine is a superb resort for those who love basking under the shades of tropical trees and pines too, has well maintained and clean facilities, enjoying the serenity of Batu Ferringhi. Food (breakfast) and drinks were very good too. The play room has large TV screen and we actually stayed up till 1am to watch Champions'...

“This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Rooms are not super big but they are clean and modern and they have all the comforts you need for visiting penang for a few days. Staff is very kind and helpful. It is located in an area close to Times Square Plaza (5 mins walking) and it is close to the street with the food market! Totally great for the price!”
