“Close to Kelowna Airport, very good shuttle service, good restaurant on site. Great staff. The room was large, very clean and well appointed.”

“Loved the amazing spread at breakfast. Clean rooms. Huge shower. Nice big TV, with abilities to log into your Netflix and Disney Plus so easily! great location and lots of food & shopping options around you Only downfall is the elevator is SO SLOW!”

“They didn’t have the room that we paid for so they put us in a room with two queen beds. They gave us breakfast for the inconvenience.”

“Staff was efficient and friendly. We stayed 2 nights, used the in room coffee the first morning and it was not replaced. Not a big deal but we enjoy sitting in our jammies enjoying a liesurly cup before we get ready for the day. Great coffee available in the breakfast room Breakfast was great with some changes from the first morning to the second. Room was clean but no visit from housekeeping . We were busy and no time for the hot tub.”

“We stopped only for one night so we can't write a complete review. By the way two bad thing for us is that the room was on the ground floor, parking view, and the bathroom was not so clean”
