“Arrived 15 minutes before 3pm and they said that early check-in will cost me 35 bucks---talk about nickle and dime you :( I went outside and came back at 3 to avoid the $35 dollar early check in fee. the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything everywhere--the bed was comfy.”

“We have no hot water, our TV didn’t work, the carpet in our room was wet and they had a fan drying it when we came in. We were told that Room should’ve never been rented out. I made my reservations well in advance. I asked staff multiple times for help to no avail. The hot tub was so disgusting that it was cloudy and had a foam on top of it. The pool did not heat. And we were never told about that. We literally bought swimsuits to go swimming there.”

“As advertised. Big pool with hot tub.”

“It was a decent place to sleep for a night. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking. The problem is it could’ve been better cleaned. The outside of the toilet was dirty and the side of the nightstand had obvious spill marks. The guy who checked us in was awesome, polite and very helpful.”
