“Had to check in at 1, we went to a concert at the Cascades Amphitheater and it finished at midnight. Paid for the 2 x 2 queen bed rooms a month before hand. Was told the hotel had no vacancy and then asked if we had a reservation. The front desk person checked us in to our first room, sent the 2 staying in it off to bed, they came back immediately, the room hadn’t been cleaned, both beds stayed in, no clean towels.
