“We had issues with our bedding the first night but the staff was super accommodating and got it fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The pool and hot tub were nice to use and the breakfast was really good! Complimentary popcorn wasn’t bad either.”

“Our room's electric blinds didn't work and when we called for help, they didn't offer to fix them. So we got woken up bright and early by the sun when we wanted to sleep in.”

Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. Someone from the outside could easily just push the window open and be inside the room even though it was locked because the actual window frame was broken. “Although this property could use a little help cosmetically, the rooms were PERFECT and a great price. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Thank you for having actual light in the bathrooms. I hate that most hotels have went with those horrible light/mirror combos. They are a nightmare for any woman putting on makeup. I was so pleased that I didn't have to put my make up on by the window at this location. THANK YOU!”

“The whole hotel smells like dog poo. I wouldget a steam cleaner to clean the carpets in the hallways and that would make it much nicer. The rooms are not bad, cold AC and good shower, but the smell in the hallways is pretty bad.”
