“Staff were so incredibly kind and helpful”

“Posizione comoda per visitare i paesini della costa del Maine ma anche del Massachusetts. La stanza era molto ampia e confortevole: disponeva di una zona giorno con divano tavolino e tavolo da pranzo con poltrone piccola zona cucina, zona notte con letto ampio e comodo. Il personale molto disponibile e gentile. La pulizia della stanza, se si resta piú di una notte, va richiesta tramite un modulo che si trova in reception, altrimenti non passano. Colazione varia.”

“Our two-night stay last night and the night before was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in recent memory. The front desk receptionist who checked us in was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our quiet room was spacious and sparkling clean. So was the indoor pool, which we enjoyed immensely. Parking was free and plentiful, as was the breakfast each morning. I can’t say enough good things about this well-maintained and managed Hilton. My husband and I will most definitely be staying here...

“It was a quick trip and only needed a place to stay for 1 night and it did the trick. Front desk super friendly. We did not use the amenities but the pool looked nice. The room was clean. In order to get to the back of one of the buildings that our room was in you had to walk through this hallway which was very hot and didn’t look well maintained but that’s pretty much rhetorical only negative.”

“This place was at a convention location fir the activities I had planned; however, not ONCE they made an attempt to clean the room. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and that was helpful as I switched beds during my stay. When I asked the front desk how often they clean the rooms they said every other day but they were very short handed and asked if I needed anything. I asked for towels and a working fridge as the one in the room wasn’t working and the food I place in there spoiled. She...

“Pleasently surprised. This little cozy place was more then I expected. Staff was nice, view was great, room was clean. Convenient to everything, even the neighboring rooms were respectful. No late night shanagins. The coffee shop down stairs was a big plus. Great coffee, muffins, opens at 6am. Really had a great stay.”

“Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. “Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

“We had the best stay! We stayed for 9 days, our room was always cleaned and had new towels, the beds were comfy and the staff was amazing!!! Everyone was so kind and happy! The one thing we didn’t like was the parking was tight in the front but they didn’t tell us about the spaces in the back! There is another parking lot behind the building! The breakfast was perfect and always stocked up! Deff worth the stay!”
