“I wrote a review already and did not receive a response. The wheelchair accessible room is in fact not wheelchair accessible, ESPECIALLY the "accessible shower " it was a 6 inch ledge for me to push my fiances wheelchair up and over, needless to say he did not get to take a proper shower.”

“Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in the car if you must. The front desk representative was not helpful. I did not even check into the property. He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that. “I only stayed one night, but the staff was very friendly. The facilities were amazing, and the room looked great and smelled great. When I'm in that area, I definitely will stay at this location again.”
