“Nice, clean room in a good location. My only issue was the bed was reallyyyyy hard. I woke up with a really sore back from how hard it was. My insides still feel bruised but I suppose some people like sleeping on a rock, I prefer sleeping on a cloud. Other than that, it was great. Good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. ”

“Staff was all friendly, breakfast oprions were good. And for tge first time in 4 years housekeeping actually took care of our room after 1 night!!! That was a very nice surprise. But our bathroom mirror was broken and the electrical outlets and USB ports were so lose, they wouldn't charge a phone. And we had to wedge in my mother's cpap machine to keep it running. ”

“This hotel has the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. It is very clean although the decor is a bit outdated. I love the fact that we can walk up the hill and buy food or supplies at Fiddleheads (my favorite health foody kind of place when visiting) and the refrigerator in the room is actually big enough to put things in. Perfect for a New London visit. I wish the restaurant served Sunday breakfast past 10am. We miss it every time.”

Parts of the property were a little old and need of maintenance, however, you could see they were working on it. Our room was clean. “Stayed one night while going to Foxwoods. Check in was easy. Room was large with a big bathroom and Dove products provided. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. It was about 20 mins and a 30 dollar Uber to Foxwoods. If going to Mohegan, the hotel provides a free shuttle. Restaurant, pool and bar on site as well. Only downside...our room, 222, had a flood light shining right in our window. I was fine but it kept my husband awake. Would definitely stay again. ”
