“Best experience in japan”

“The hotel room was clean. I asked for the eco service but still didn’t receive towels. At check-in I felt very rushed. As I was entering my information, I was asked for my passport, then in reaching for my passport they wanted me typing my information. Three front desk staff talking and explaining while checking in. Difficult getting a taxi. Anytime I went to the desk I was treated like I was bothering them. After traveling throughout Japan, this is not the hospitality of other top Japanese...

“The location was perfect, right within the walk to the Zenkoji Temple. Quiet at night, we had a beautiful view from our large traditional room with tatami mats and futons. The breakfast was out of this world, Japanese style with 7-8 small dishes, all of them delicious, and served in a lovely traditional breakfast room. Service was outstanding at desk and at breakfasts. Highly recommend this ryokan!”

“Es un lugar lindo para quedarse, el cuarto tiene calentador y aire acondicionado , los espacios son amplio y las áreas comunes siempre estan limpias. Esta en una zona céntrica a unas cuadras de las calle principal donde están los restaurantes y tiendas. El personal muy atento te hacen sentir libre de estar en todos los espacios.”
