Hotel a Kinglake West

“Quiet location, clean room. The bed was as hard as a rock and I have woken with sore hips and a headache….. lots of bugs in the room, but had bug spray to spray them… needs better ventilation in the bathrooms as the floors can get very damp after shower”

“The Chateau was well maintained, our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“Very good”

“A true gem. Beautiful location and everything you need is provided Super friendly and helpful owners”

“Unclean room. Toothpaste still in bathroom sink. Ash trays un empty outside door with gross stained seats outside. Bit grimy. crappy pillows. Average matress. Key was hard to get into door . Stunk pretty bad like smokers had beennin there and masked with spray. Should have been 80 dollars a night not 160”

“Room was clean and user friendly. The shared amenities were clean and very well maintained.”

“We loved Yarra Valley Lodge! Super comfy bed and loads of kangaroos across the property which we cool to see! The property could benefit from a cosy lounge/bar area as the existing bar wasn’t that inviting.”

“Very nice, modern and spacious room with generous bathroom. Hard to fault really and we would certainly stay again.”

“Very nice location and quiet.”

“The serenity of the place was amazing, the views of the golf course, nature and wildlife was incredible”

We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier.”

“Excellent room ”

“Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...
