“Great decor and room design that made the room very comfortable and stylish. Reception staff were great! Location worked well for my work event. However, it's let down by a few inconveniences but it did not ruin my overall stay: in-between stay clean did not refill amenities such as tissues. Way to reach the reception via messaging was not prompt as did not receive reply about my faulty and leaking iron so had to go downstairs to address the issue.
