Lovely fresh cakes/biscuits in room alongside drink refreshments. Water from tap is drinkable and from a spring. So no need to take your own, just an empty bottle to refill.
Bathroom and bedroom had heaters and it doesn't get too hot even in the height of summer.

“Very quirky pub with a fantastic horse theme. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. They had thought of everything in the rooms and also had Dolce Gusto coffee. Then curly wurly was a great idea instead of biscuits in the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault the service we received at the bar or in the restaurant and the food was amazing. ”
