“Sicuramente è un hotel molto carino con un buon serviIo e personale gentile. Molto complicato il parcheggio che non è nell hotel sebbene si siano attrezzati in modo da assicurarti il posto auto in un parcheggio affianco.
Le camere non sono grandissime ma hanno l essenziale così come la colazione - molto misera rispetto ai soliti Marriott però comunque buon cibo. ”

“The staff were really friendly, the room was spacious and really clean. The bed was ok, I guess my only criticism would be it could maybe do with a new mattress, you could tell it was quite old and if you rolled near the edge of it there was no support and you pretty much fell out of bed :)
There was a good choice at breakfast every day and a selection of full English items which was nice.
Apart from that it was a convenient location at a reasonable price. ”

“Lovely well kept hotel. Room was immaculate. Lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent a wide range of continental and cooked food. Beautiful well kept grounds, and the garden's well kept and beautifully presented. We will definitely return. Thankyou so much.

the hotel room was really cosy and had everything I needed for my two nights stay
Breakfast buffet service was really nice with plenty of options to choose from
Maybe having a mini fridge in the room would be nice to keep items refrigerated ”

“Centrally located hotel in Leeds, welcome cookies on arrival, plenty of staff, lovely big room with the most enormous bed I have seen! Nothing to complain about at all (apart from the price of parking but that is everywhere in Leeds)”

“The place it self was first class nice & clean the breakfast was lovely the family room was ok over all I enjoyed the stay the food for the wedding was lovely very filling & I loved how the rooms with the doors was different plenty of room to dance & the kids to let there hair down we all enjoyed the stay .”

“Posizione centralissima! 10 min walk da bus station. La fortuna vuole che mi hanno assegnato una camera quadrupla pur essendo solo!! In un palazzo antico che io adoro. Piccole pecche dovute all’antichità della struttura ma nulla di che se non siete col …sangue blu. Nel prezzo anche la colazione continentale! Sicuramente ci torneró! Cortesia, gentilezza e servizio ottimo. Complimenti”

A distanza di quattro anni, e con l’avvento della nuova gestione, la situazione è notevolmente peggiorata, soprattutto in termini di pulizia e di servizio.
